Form 5500 CPA opinion letter -- 2

I am in need of the services of a certified public accountant to provide a Form 5500 CPA opinion letter to file with the form 5500. There were only 19 active participants during the plan, one of which is an owner. The 401k plan is through ADP in which it passed all compliance tests. Compliance testing results from ADP can be provided to make the drafting of the opinion letter easier. I would like the CPA opinion letter to be completed and ready for review by 9/15.
