We need an experienced forensic accountant to help us locate approximately $xxxxxx in missing funds from our construction company’s books. This is not routine bookkeeping — we need someone who can dig deep, trace money through QuickBooks, and provide clear project-by-project findings.
Scope:
Review records from 2020–present
Investigate 8 construction projects (new homes)
Trace cash flow, identify discrepancies, and locate missing funds
Provide a clear report and keep in touch
Requirements:
CPA or equivalent credential preferred
Proven forensic accounting experience (construction/real estate a plus)
Strong QuickBooks expertise
Fraud investigation background highly valued
Available to start immediately
Pay: $25–40/hour
