Foreign Earned Income Exclusion Living in Mexico

Job ID: 36206203

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

Hi - I am a US citizen living in Mexico. I am looking into getting my temporary resident visa in Mexico, and am thinking about filing for the foreign earned income exclusion after I am a resident in Mexico. I want to know 1) what the stipulations are to file for the exclusion. If I am a verified resident in Mexico does the 330 day rule still apply?, 2) all my business activity is in the US (company is based there as are all my clients). If I am a resident in Mexico but all my work is with US companies do I owe Mexican taxes? If I do not owe mexican taxes, can I still use the foreign earned income exclusion?, 3) are there any other tax advantages I should be thinking about with Mexico? For reference I expect to make ~$200K annually, ~$50K of which will be salary (S-Corp structure). I have a accountant, so really looking for a consultation call
