My bank has asked for a formal CPA letter to support a loan application. All corporate records are already organised and ready to pass along; I simply need a licensed United States CPA—ideally one registered in Florida—to draft and sign a statement confirming three items:
• official business start-up date
• current good standing/status
• ownership split between the two partners
No further verification or attestation is required. Once you receive the packet (articles of organization, operating agreement, and most recent SunBiz certificate), the task is to produce a one-page letter on firm letterhead, dated and signed, that I can forward directly to the lender as a PDF. A quick turnaround would be greatly appreciated, and I’m happy to answer any follow-up questions immediately.
