Fix Tax Report Issue in Odoo15 Community

We installed third party accounting that is generating accounting reports. We are using Anglo-Saxons accounting method and cash basis tax. We noticed that the tax is still counted when we create invoice. When the invoice is paid, same tax is added again in the report. It seems there is an issue in configuration.

We need to fix this issue only in this project. We will create more new projects with same freelancer for other issues.

The freelancer should be familiar with Odoo to fix this issue.
