M&A Financial and Transaction Modeling

I'm seeking an expert in M&A financial modeling to assist with a comprehensive transaction book. The primary focus is on valuation, specifically through a full transaction book, AUM roll forward to identify the organic growth from a financial advisors book which ill strip out market performance, and a bottoms-up Income Statement build, EBITDA build or recast, identify synergies which will all help us decide on how much we eant to value a company for. Our deals are small. We roll up RIAs that have revenue between 2 and 10 million which generally are valued between 5 and 10X ebitda. This is mostly for us internally and to present to investment committee for approval. We also would one like a more easy to read one pager type that shows teh seller the valuation and what their economics might look like. We also build in that a portion of the valuation is rolled over as equity in the parent company as they stay on. We do about 5 deals a year.
