I'm looking for a professional accountant to help organize my start up including incorporation and preparation of simple financial statements for my business on a monthly basis.
This task includes but is not limited to:
. Incorporating my startup in Delaware
- organize my inventory
- Creation of a Balance Sheet
- Drafting of Profit and Loss Statements
- Formulating Cash Flow Statements
Key requirements:
- The ideal freelancer for this job will have an interest in taking on a very small client at the very beginning of his journey.
- Guiding the founder with best practices and tax advice.
- Effective communication skills and a high level of accuracy are critical in this role to ensure the quality and accuracy of the statements provided.
- Be available and have consistency in meeting deadlines.
