Financial Statement Analysis, stock valuation
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Based on a provided annual report and already filled out excel sheet, I need to get a valuation of the stock based on several financial statement analysis methods.
The freelancer should know IFRS, valuation methods, know how to rebase the financial statements such as cash flow, balance sheet, changes in equity etc. as well as accrual and cash flow based methods. In general, be an all-round qualified financial analyst.
Delivery in the form of the return of the excel file filled out with calculations, and a short report of max 10 pages summarizing the findings, and giving a suggested fair valuation (market price) of the stock. The report should give us an idea of:
- The quality of the company's accounting
- Reformulation of income statement and balance sheet
- Profitability, Growth and Liquidity Risk analysis
- Perspectives on future cash flows, with some forecasts
- Present value and relative valuation
Annual report and Excel sheet will be given over PM with qualified freelancers.
