Financial Spreadsheet Data Entry

I need an extra pair of hands to move the figures from my scanned receipts and invoices into a master spreadsheet. The work is 100 % spreadsheet data entry and the only records you’ll touch are financial: date, vendor, category, subtotal, tax and total for each receipt or invoice.

Everything is already sorted by month in a Google Drive folder, and I’ll share a template in Google Sheets with the headings and formulas in place. Your task is to transcribe each line accurately, keep the formatting consistent, and flag anything illegible or mathematically off. If you prefer Excel, just let me know—accuracy matters more than the platform.

Once this quarter is fully entered and the column totals match my accounting software, the job is done. If it goes smoothly there will be more batches to follow.
