Financial Model - Pro Forma (Hotel) Open

Hi, I need a 4 page pro forma for a boutique hotel completed asap. I will provide all numbers but need a professional version. This shouldn't take more than a few hours if you have done this before. I need for fundraising. After 1 year we will refinance and get a traditional mortgage from a bank.
