Financial Management - Review and set up a quickbook online

We are looking for a freelancer to review our existing financial management system (QuickBooks online) and set up the system for us so that we can easily use with all data capture correctly. Optionally, we will engage 4-5hrs per month to review the progress. Over 90% of the setup is completed but requires expert to review and provide guidance.
