I need this model updated with land payment deposit of 5% (11 Million USD) paid within 6 weeks remainder paid within 6 moths
Hotel and Villa sales from brochure used to finance the build and settlements - this needs to be added as a new income stream as was not previously there.
I would predict 60-70% First 12 months 30-40% Remaining 6 months Total 16 months ( maximum )
Hotel and villa Sales deposits 10% deposit, 30% Deposit 6 months later, 10% monthly payment every 2 months later until build completed
Equity - Initial funds needed 2 million USD - they get 20% equity
Updated income as per Kimpton forcasts - except the rooms and villa sizes need to increase to whats on the brochure and hence an increase in revenue
Confirm the below taxes have been included - 10% Value Added Tax (VAT) 0.75% Legal and Notary fee Investors will be paid 11% return on their money and profit will be whats left over Regarding the sales and marketing
