Financial Consolidation Project – Italian and Romanian Transport Companies – Excel Template Creation
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We are initiating the first phase of a financial consolidation project involving two transport companies:
An Italian mother company
A Romanian subsidiary
The goal of this phase is not to consolidate the accounts yet, but to prepare the groundwork for future consolidation by building a standardized Excel file in English, based on the 2024 financial statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement).
Scope of Work – Phase 1 only:
Review of Source Documents
Analyze two PDF documents: one in Italian and one in Romanian, each containing the full 2024 financial statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement).
No need to translate entire documents—only the financial statement sections.
Creation of Excel File (English Language)
The file must include three main sheets:
Sheet 1 – Italian Company (Original Breakdown):
Reproduce the Balance Sheet and Income Statement of the Italian company
Translate headings and line items into English
Maintain original numerical values (no changes or merging)
Sheet 2 – Romanian Company (Original Breakdown):
Reproduce the Balance Sheet and Income Statement of the Romanian company
Translate headings and line items into English
Maintain original structure and figures
Sheet 3 – Aligned and Simplified Chart of Accounts (in English):
Create a standardized and harmonized set of line items, in English
Map each original account (Italian and Romanian) to this simplified version
This will be used in Phase 2 for future consolidation

What We Provide:
The two PDF files (2024 Financial Statements of both companies)
Requirements:
Strong accounting and Excel skills
Ability to understand Italian and Romanian accounting terms
Excellent written English for financial terminology
Prior experience in consolidation or chart of accounts alignment is a plus
Timeline:
Expected delivery: within 5–7 days
