New Zealand Authorised Financial Auditor Required

We are a "non-large company in New Zealand with 10 or more shareholders" and we require the services of an authorized NZ auditor to conduct a financial statement audit. The selected auditor will be responsible for thoroughly reviewing our financial records, statements, and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This is a crucial step in providing transparency and accountability to our shareholders. The ideal candidate/business should possess appropriate qualifications to conduct an audit in NZ, expertise in auditing practices, be familiar with NZ auditing regulations, and have a strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and reporting skills are also required. The audit is expected to commence in circa September, and be concluded by mid November 2024.
