- If loan was ever sold to other financial institutions and/or has been traded on any primary and secondary markets
- any fraud or discrepancies
- how loan was documented in the financial institution (as an asset, liability, etc.)
- how did the financial institution get funds for this loan
- was the note/agreement the financial asset
etc.
