I am in need of a seasoned bookkeeper/accountant from Philippines. The primary focus will be on:
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately maintain financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and document all transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and local tax laws.
- Support audits and work with external accountants and auditors when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper or accountant.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and United States tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software: Quickbooks, Bill.com, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods or beverage Industry is a plus.
