Financial Analyst & Accountant Needed - 25/06/2024 17:57 EDT

We are in need of a skilled finance professional with strong accounting background to help us with various aspects of the business's financial management such as follow up on credit/ bank applications, meet with bankers regarding funding and financing opportunities. Chosen candidate will have had strong communications skills with at least 5-7 years of experience in banking relations and customer service. Work is entirely remote with some light travel requirements

Key Tasks:
- **Bookkeeping**: Ensure all financial transactions are correctly recorded using QuickBooks.
- **Financial Statement Analysis**: Interpret the data and provide insights.
- **Tax Preparation**: Assist in preparing for tax filing.

Software & Tools:
You should be proficient in QuickBooks as well as Excel spreadsheets. I use these programs for most of our financial activities.

Reports & Statements:
I require assistance with creating:
- **Profit and Loss Statement**
- **Balance Sheet**
- **Cash Flow Statement**
- **Financial Transactions**
- **Banking Relations**

Ideal Skills:
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong analytical skills for financial statement analysis
- Excellent attention to detail for bookkeeping
- Familiarity with tax preparation
- Ability to effectively communicate financial data to non-finance team members.
