Finance Officer - Part-Time
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
We are seeking a skilled Finance/Payroll Officer to join a high-profile client. With excellent experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable, you will partner with colleagues to complete the financial functions of the unit including customer service.
Reporting to the Business and Partnership Manager, this position will assist in maintaining financial data, processing financial transactions, and financial budgeting and reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities :
As a dedicated Financial/Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for :
Checking the accuracy of invoices, match the invoices to the relevant contracts and organise payment of invoices
Crypto currency payroll (e.g setting up crypto wallets and purchasing Bitcoin for payroll)
Financial data entry and information management
Maintenance of accurate data, records, databases and information management systems
Processing of invoices, payments, accounts, banking, reconciliations
Compile and maintain updated information systems and written records (eg. registers and databases)
Gather and record data and keep accurate records as required
Contribute to projects including reporting, monitoring of budgets and tracking
Maintain relevant databases and registers for tracking
Uses appropriate purchasing processes that reflect the complexity of the procurement in accordance with departmental policy
Job requirements :
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable, Receivables, Contract management functions with a degree in accounting or equivalent
Crypto currency Knowledge - a sound understanding of crypto currency purchase and setting up wallets standards
Procurement Knowledge - demonstrated experience working within procurement policies and procedures that align to principles of accountability, scalability, probity and value for money
Develops and implements systems and procedures to guide work and track progress
