Recruitment of Finance and Accounting domain candidates in the BPO/ BPM/ ITES industry:
1. Sourcing and filtering [from the various candidates/ resumes databases] of the relevant F&A profiles/ candidates fitting into the Job description and skillset requirements of the client
2. Do the first level screening to verify details and ensure alignment/ interest of the candidate in the given job role
3. Send the relevant candidates' details with zags's supervisor for further screening/ filtering
