Finance Accounting Consultant
Budget: €35 – €52 EUR
I am looking for a Finance Accounting Consultant based in Amsterdam. My client provides logistics customs clearance services for large cross-border e-commerce sellers and logistics providers. The company is with branches in Schiphol and Maastricht, they have been deeply involved in the European cross-border logistics, transportation and customs clearance business.
About the role
As a Finance consultant, you will be responsible for the finance compliance and in charge of the Finance department. You will communicate, coordinate or negotiation internally and externally with the stakeholders.
• To help the company's annual financial audit tasks, general ledger management, monthly tax declaration;
• Ensure prompt monthly closings of financial bookings and reporting to Headquarter, analyze financial data and report performance and budget variances to management, provide suggestions to improve efficiency in the workplace;
• Review and assess existing internal process, operating procedures and policies, and make recommendations to enhance effectiveness and efficiency, continuously refine and enforce accounting procedures;
• Develop Short-Term and Long-Term financial budgets and assist management in making financial decisions;
• Respond to the review of compliance agencies, make sure internal finance process meets the Dutch GAAP accounting standards.
