Fill Form 1120 F and Form 5472 for Single Member LLC with No Income or Sales for Tax Year 09/19/22 to 12/31/22

I am looking for a tax professional to fill Form 1120 F and Form 5472 for my Single Member LLC with no income or sales for the tax year 09/19/22 to 12/31/22. The LLC has only made expenses out of the owner's pocket, and I will provide the details of the expenses made.
