File LLP Form 3 Online

I have an executed LLP Deed and now simply need Form 3 prepared, digitally certified by a practising Chartered Accountant and uploaded on the MCA portal. All the legal particulars in the deed are final; nothing has to be drafted or amended.

My own partner signatures are still pending, but I’ll obtain and apply them myself—I only require your DSC to certify the form and complete the submission. Once the form is accepted and the SRN shows a successful status, the job is done.

Deliverables
• MCA Form 3 filled with the data from the signed LLP Deed
• Digital certification with your valid CA‐class DSC
• Upload on MCA portal and confirmation of approved SRN (green tick)

Acceptance
Payment will be released once I can see Form 3 reflecting as “Approved” in the LLP’s MCA filings.
