File ADT-1 for Section 8

I run a Section 8 company and the Board has just approved the appointment of our auditor. The Board Resolution and the Auditor’s consent letter are already prepared; now I need a Chartered Accountant to take the process across the finish line.

What I need from you
• Verify that the resolution, consent letter, and any supporting papers fully satisfy Companies Act, 2013 requirements.
• Prepare and e-file Form ADT-1, then submit it to the ROC through the MCA portal.
• Handle any companion filings that spring from this change—if another e-form (for example AOC-4, DIR-12, etc.) becomes necessary, include that in the same engagement.

You may use whatever workflow suits you—MCA V3 portal utilities, your preferred ROC-filing software, or government-provided tools—so long as the acknowledgement slips arrive in my inbox.

I’m open to working with any qualified Chartered Accountant in good standing with ICAI. There’s no looming deadline, but I’d like the job wrapped up promptly once we agree to proceed. All source files and final SRN receipts should be delivered to me for my records.
