Federal government agency audit

We are looking for an experienced auditor to carry out a Financial and Compliance Audit on our federal government agency. The purpose of the audit is to ensure our agency is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as provide a financial assessment of our procedures and activities. Although external consultants will not be used, we may use them as a resource when necessary.
Our timeline for completing the audit is as follows: an initial draft report is due by October 31st and a final report is due by November 15th. We need an auditor who is able to commit to this timeline, while still providing thorough and accurate work. Ideally, they will have a comprehensive understanding of financial and compliance guidelines and be able to provide suggestions and advice on improving our practices.
