Feasibility Study for a 5 Star Hotel

I want to make a Feasibility Report for a 5 Star Hotel which will be built in Bangladesh. I will be using this report for Foreign Loan Fund. Reports needs to fulfill with all criteria to obtain the Loan. There might me some correction time to time which needs to be edited without any complain until the Loan is sanctioned. Only people with Excellent Accounting Knowledge and with a good team can apply for this.
