I'm seeking a comprehensive farm management professional to oversee 4 farms. Your expertise should span both financial and operational management.

Financial Management Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and forecasting: You will need to anticipate future financial needs and plan accordingly.
- Accounting and bookkeeping: Keeping track of all financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Financial reporting: Regularly providing detailed financial reports to keep me informed of the farms' financial health.

Operational Management Duties:
- Crop planning and scheduling: You will be responsible for planning what crops to plant and when, to maximize yield.
- Inventory management: Overseeing the inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring we never run out of essential items.
- Equipment maintenance and repair: Ensuring all farm equipment is kept in good working order, and arranging for repairs when necessary.
