External auditor

I have an income protection and life insurance , level stepped in both cases. It increases each year but for some reason significantly this year ,it was originally one path , then anz , the alliance and now Zurich and that is when it has jumped.
The life insurance dosnt expire until 2067 or something and I am 63 so I’m pretty sure I’ll collect.
