Export Documentation & Invoicing Specialist Needed

Job Title: Export Documentation Specialist (Invoicing, Customs Declarations, Software Advisory)
Description:
I assume this job should be pretty simple for someone that knows what they’re doing. The shipments we want to start sending are not large in $$ value and are not overly frequent. We are a small Australian owned family business.
I am looking for an experienced export and customs documentation professional to assist with:

Advise and teach me how to do the following:
Prepare accurate commercial export invoices for international shipments (primarily Australia to the USA & Hong Kong).
Complete and submit all relevant customs declarations and export documentation, ensuring compliance with Australian and international requirements.
Provide advice and support in selecting modern invoicing and export documentation software, with the goal of improving our current system and processes.
Offer guidance on best practices for ongoing export documentation and automation.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience in international trade/export documentation (especially from Australia).
Strong knowledge of commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
Familiarity with Australian Border Force (ABF) and US Customs requirements.
Experience with invoicing/export tools such as Xero (prefarable), Zoho, CargoWise, Fed Ex or similar platforms.
Ability to recommend practical, modern solutions.
We will most likely ship with Fed Ex.

Project Scope:
Initial assistance with a few export shipments (small batch).
One-time or ongoing consultation for selecting and implementing new software.
Possibility for long-term collaboration depending on performance and needs.
