We are a nail polish manufacturing company looking to hire a skilled freelancer to create a comprehensive, easy-to-use financial and operational dashboard.
Scope of Work:
Design and develop a dashboard that provides real-time visibility into:
Revenue and expenses
Profit margins
Cash flow
Inventory status (raw materials & finished goods)
Sales performance
Production status (e.g. batches, cost per unit)
Provide analysis and key business metrics in a visual format (charts, KPIs, trends)
Suggest best practices for financial tracking tailored to a manufacturing setup
Dashboard should be user-friendly and ideally created in a centralized dashboard (in Excel or an online/server-based tool ) that gives us visibility into our company’s financial performance and production status.
Requirements:
Proven experience building dashboards for manufacturing or product-based businesses
Understanding of accounting/finance concepts (especially cost of goods sold, production costing, etc.)
Strong communication and ability to explain insights to non-finance users
Quick turnaround time preferred
