Expert in Quickbooks and Tally -- 2

Hi we need the following.
We have recently migrated from Tally to QuickBooks and have moved over the data too. We did this with the help of a consultant, however after migration, we are facing a few minor issues. Do note that we are only looking for professionals with a rich experience in QuickBooks and tally and who have demonstrated a history of completing projects on time and are highly rated. Hence we require help with the following
1. Make sure everything in Tally and QuickBooks is tallied (data has already been migrated) and identify if we have done everything right and identify any potential problems as QuickBooks is a new system for us
2. As per the move Our employees have been tagged under suppliers and this is creating an issue for us, so how can we correct this?
3. Provide us with support in case of any questions, since QuickBooks are new for us we may need a bit of hand holding, and support for a month in case we have any questions.
4. We have offset Invoices against payments, however, it is possible that some may have been missed the need to know how to identify them and offset them, same in the case of Delivery done for a product and its invoice been raised already, but they are not offset against each other, so where to find those entries and how to offset them.
5. Reconciliation of all documents, We don’t have automatic reconciliation with the banks. Here, hence need help with the same.
In short, we are looking for someone with very good knowledge of QuickBooks and Tally to answer a few questions and fix a few minor issues. We anticipate that for someone with good knowledge, this will be just a few hours of work, however, do go through the requirement and get in touch with me if you have any questions.
