We are RKL Worlds, a growing company seeking expert assistance in procuring a Loan Repayment Exchange Bond required by our international lender. We are looking for a highly experienced consultant with in-depth knowledge of bond issuance and securities posting on Euroclear or Bloomberg Exchange.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise and guide us on the process of creating a Loan Repayment Exchange Bond through a bank or financial institution.
Identify suitable banks, brokers, or financial institutions that can facilitate the issuance and posting of the bond.
Assist in preparing and submitting all required documentation for bond creation.
Ensure the bond is posted on Euroclear or Bloomberg Exchange in compliance with international lending requirements.
Provide ongoing support throughout the process to ensure successful execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience in securities lending, bond issuance, or working with international exchanges like Euroclear or Bloomberg.
Strong connections with banks or financial institutions that can issue such bonds.
In-depth understanding of international financial regulations.
Excellent communication and consultancy skills to guide us through the process.
Prior experience with Loan Repayment Bonds or similar financial instruments is preferred.
