Expert Bookkeeper for QuickBooks Integration

Expert Bookkeeper – QuickBooks & AutoEntry Integration + Ongoing Support
We’re looking for an experienced bookkeeper familiar with QuickBooks Online and AutoEntry to help finalise and clean up our existing setup. This will be a two-stage engagement:
Stage 1 – Setup & Integration Fixes:
Review and complete the integration between QuickBooks and AutoEntry
Clean up any errors or misconfigurations
Align chart of accounts, GST classifications, and automation rules
Ensure bank feeds and AutoEntry mappings are correctly working
Stage 2 – Ongoing Bookkeeping Support:
Assist with monthly transaction categorisation
Bank reconciliations
BAS prep support
General bookkeeping tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience with QuickBooks Online and AutoEntry
Strong understanding of Australian GST and bookkeeping standards
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and ability to work independently
This is a remote role. Immediate start for Stage 1. Potential for long-term support in Stage 2.
