Experienced sevDesk Bookkeeper for FY2024 Cleanup (Germany, SKR04, VAT, Reconciliation)

We are looking for an experienced freelance bookkeeper to complete our FY2024 bookkeeping cleanup in sevDesk.

The document base and working files are already prepared. We're looking for a highly structured freelancer to bring FY2024 to a clean, review-ready state.

Scope includes:

* bookkeeping in sevDesk under SKR04
* reconciliation across Qonto, PayPal, Wise, and related payment flows
* German VAT handling, including EU and non-EU reverse charge
* treatment of fees, FX differences, refunds, SaaS subscriptions, freelancer invoices, AR items, privately paid business expenses, and WI Bank-related items
* attaching supporting documents where available
* documenting unclear cases directly in the official working files

* personal execution only; no team delegation with direct system access
* fixed price only
* clear completion date required
* daily numeric updates required
* strict use of the official working files and workflow
* no changes to system settings, VAT settings, tax keys, or account structures
