Expense categorization and tax prep

I'm currently looking for a freelancer to help categorize expenses and possibly assist with tax preparation in the Boston Area. The main focus of the project is to categorize business expenses that have paper receipts and translate them to an excel sheet. I am not yet sure if I may need assistance with tax preparation.
This project would be to help categorize expenses in Excel on a spreadsheet I created - I'm open to suggestions. Knowledge of tax prep and write-offs is ideal. This is for approximately 30 months worth of write-offs for a small business. Estimated time to completion would be 3 to 4 days
