Excel Spreadsheet

I am looking for a freelancer to create an Excel spreadsheet for me. The primary purpose of the spreadsheet is to calculate payments under a contract. I do not have a preferred structure for the spreadsheet, so I need suggestions from the freelancer. The spreadsheet should include basic calculations.

Ideal skills and experience:
