Excel G/L to QuickBooks Conversion & Reporting
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm seeking assistance to convert my Excel version of the General Ledger into QuickBooks. The task also includes generating a Profit & Loss statement and a Balance Sheet post conversion.
Key Requirements:
- Convert 1 year of financial data from Excel to QuickBooks.
- Use the QuickBooks import feature for data transfer, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate a P&L and Balance Sheet post conversion.
Open to Suggestions:
- I am not certain which version of QuickBooks is most suitable for this task. I am open to your expert suggestions.
- If there are better alternatives to the QuickBooks import feature for this task, I'm open to considering them.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop, Online, Enterprise) and Excel.
- Experience in financial data conversion and report generation.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate data transfer and reporting.
Time sensitive and currently only consider US based bookkeeping service. Also attached 2023 tax return for reference. If this project is completed in satisfaction, there will be an immediate 2024 YTD bookkeeping project afterwards. Looking for ongoing bookkeeping service as well. Thank you!
