We are seeking a highly skilled and certified professional to evaluate and create a comprehensive data pack for the purpose of selling a group operating in the transportation sector. This group consists of a parent company based in Italy and its subsidiary located in Romania. The subsidiary primarily serves as a supplier to the parent company, contributing to 98% of its revenues.
**Available Data:**
- Financial Statements for the years 2021, 2022, and 2023 in Italian with Euro currency for the parent company.
- Financial Statements for the years 2021, 2022, and 2023 in Romanian with local currency (RON) for the subsidiary.
- It's important to note that we do not possess a forecast business plan.
**Project Objectives:**
The professional will be responsible for the following key tasks:
1. **Translation and Reclassification of Financial Statements**: The financial statements provided in Italian and Romanian need to be translated into English. Additionally, a reclassification of these statements may be necessary to align with international financial reporting standards.
2. **Creation of an Aggregate Financial Statement**: Compile the financial data from both the parent and subsidiary companies into a single, comprehensive financial statement.
3. **Valuation**: Conduct a thorough valuation of the group based on the provided financial statements and other relevant financial data.
4. **Data Pack Creation**: Develop a final data pack that includes the reclassified financial statements, aggregate financial statement, valuation, and other relevant financial information. This data pack will be used as a key document in the sale process of the group.
**Requirements:**
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Certified experience in financial analysis, especially in valuation and financial statement analysis.
- Proficiency in English, Italian, and Romanian to manage the translation and understanding of financial documents.
- Experience in creating comprehensive data packs for corporate sales or similar transactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple milestones within the project timeline.
**Milestones:**
We are open to setting up multiple milestones to ensure the project's success, such as completion of the translation, aggregate financial statement creation, valuation, and final data pack preparation.
