Establishing AI based cyber security startup in India.
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I’m bringing an AI-driven cyber-security startup to life between India and Canada, and I need a capable operations partner who can get our founder’s office fully up and running within the next month.
Here’s the scope:
• Company set-up and compliance
- Drive incorporation paperwork, founders’ agreements, and any local registrations on the Indian side first, keeping Canadian expansion in mind.
- Liaise with legal and accounting contacts, track deadlines, and return signed, scan-ready documents.
• Office fundamentals
- Recommend and secure the right workspace solution (physical or virtual—open to whichever is most practical).
- Put basic infrastructure in place: domain, email, VoIP/phone routing, shared drives, simple HR files, SaaS admin dashboards.
• Early-adopter sales administration
- Coordinate outreach, calls, and follow-ups for our first 1–10 Indian customers.
- Keep a clean CRM trail, prepare short proposals, issue digital contracts, and ensure purchase orders or invoices go out on time.
• Marketing & sales alignment
- Work with me on a 30-day go-to-market calendar covering LinkedIn, email sequences, and any press or event opportunities.
- Sync messaging with our AI security product roadmap so collateral stays accurate.
Acceptance criteria
1. All statutory company documents filed and copies stored in our shared drive.
2. Workspace (virtual or physical) live with phone, email, and calendar integrations.
3. CRM shows at least ten qualified prospects, with status updates and next actions logged.
4. First marketing calendar delivered and approved.
Familiarity with Indian corporate filings, startup sales tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar), and basic cyber-security terminology will help you hit the ground running. I’m ready to move quickly and will provide daily access for decisions; you’ll steer the execution.
