Entry Level IT Support Analyst

Your main responsibility will be to provide excellent IT support for our Finance Systems to our colleagues working across our business. With a fully documented training plan, we will help to develop your skills, understanding of our business & our systems to enable you to provide the best service possible. You will receive all kinds of incidents & requests and will assess the problem before following it through to either resolution or escalation. The role will mainly be focused on triaging, developments & looking for workarounds when dealing with requests, ensuring that the fixes meet the agreed timelines.
