Entering in orders + Xero knowledge
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
We are looking for someone who can enter in orders into our Ordermentum system (which we will show you how it works).
Our sales team will send photos of the orders and these will need to be entered in asap.
Sometimes they will also ask for credit notes to be created in xero. These will need to be done and sent to the customer. We have our database in google drive also. We can show you how everything works.
We are looking for work to be done on the same day as when our sales person sends the orders through.
We are based in Melbourne, Australia so if your time zone is close to ours, it would be helpful so the orders can be put in within the same day as the factory send out orders the following day.
