Employment Verification for Self-Employed Driver

Hello, I am in the process of getting a mortgage and the underwriter has asked for a verification letter from a CPA that I am self-employed as a rideshare driver and my business is active. I was wondering if you can provide this letter and if so, what would be the charge for rush services? Thank you
