EXCEL conversion

I need to develope an excel spread sheet I can use monthly to transfer transaction data into quickbooks. New columbs with due date and terms will need to be added and the fuel type in numerical form will need to be converted to the corresponding item in qb. I had an old bookkeeper create a conversion spreadsheet for my old system but i just replaced it and need to have a new spreadsheet created. The business is an unattended fueling site that uses Sequel lite.
