Project Title:
Configure and Train ERPNext System for ZATCA-Compliant E-Invoicing (Saudi Arabia)

Project Description:
A dedicated server with ERPNext is already installed and running. I need an ERPNext expert with proven experience in Saudi Arabia implementations and ZATCA e-invoicing compliance (Phase 1 & Phase 2) to properly configure the system and provide structured training. The goal is to organize the main settings, ensure the system is fully compliant with ZATCA requirements, and train me/my team on how to use it in daily operations.

Key Tasks:

Review and configure company and accounting settings, including VAT setup according to Saudi regulations.
​

Implement or configure a ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing solution for ERPNext (Phase 1 & Phase 2), including UBL 2.1 XML generation, QR code, and API integration with ZATCA sandbox/production environments.
​

Configure core ERPNext modules and master data: Chart of Accounts, customers, suppliers, items, taxes, and payment terms, aligned with a Saudi-based business.
​

Customize invoice and quotation print formats to be bilingual (Arabic/English) and aligned with ZATCA e-invoicing layout requirements.
​

Provide online training sessions covering:

System overview and basic navigation.

Practical use of Sales, Purchase, Stock, and basic Accounting modules.

Hands-on training for generating and sending ZATCA-compliant e-invoices inside ERPNext.

Freelancer Requirements:

Proven experience implementing or customizing ERPNext for Saudi companies.

Hands-on experience with ZATCA integration / e-invoicing projects (Phase 1 & Phase 2).

Strong training and communication skills (Arabic speaker preferred, or excellent English with clear teaching ability).

Please share previous work examples (screenshots or short descriptions) of ERPNext projects with ZATCA integration.

Additional Notes:

Server and ERPNext are already installed; the scope is configuration, compliance setup, and training, not fresh installation.
