ERP Solution for industrial supplies Trading company

We are industrial spares and supplies trading company. We need an erp system to do our order management, track our order shipping, receiving and accounting. Out process is simple.We have about 10 customers who send us their requests for quotes via email. We find pricing and availability for those materials and send the customer quotes. If the quote is accepted they send us a sales order. We then procure the items either via PO or purchase the material online. We receive the ordered items and consolidate the customer orders and then ship the orders to the customer and then invoice them out. We don’t maintain inventory. We only order the items when we get the order.need to track pricing, profitability by order/customer, track shipping and recieving. .we are less than 5 employees and a very small company. All this while we were managing things via outlook and excel and now the volumes have exceeded so now becoming a little difficult to get full visibility. Have seen erpnext…is there anything else that I can look into…..let me know what you guys suggest.
