I run a UK-registered dormant company and it’s time to submit both the Confirmation Statement (CS01) and the dormant company accounts to Companies House. All the figures, dates and authentication codes are in order on my side, so there’s no document-chasing or advisory work needed—I simply want the filings completed accurately and on time.
Here’s what I expect from you:
• Prepare and file the CS01, confirming the current shareholding and officer details.
• Prepare and file the dormant company accounts (form AA02) for the period due.
• Provide proof of successful acceptance from Companies House for each submission.
My Companies House login, authentication code and the completed data spreadsheets will be supplied as soon as the project starts. Once both filings are accepted, the job is finished. I’m looking for someone who is already familiar with the Companies House WebFiling service (or suitable third-party software) and can turn this around quickly and error-free.
