Dog Kennel Quickbooks Bookkeeping

Hello!
We operate a small dog kennel. We are using these tools:
- Quickbooks Online
- Square
- Square Payroll
- Bank account connected to Quickbooks
- Credit card connected to Quickbooks
This job post is for two requests:
1. Get caught up: Our Quickbooks account is about 10 months out of date. We need the books caught up and reconciled with the bank account. I expect this to take 30-50 hours.
2. After everything is caught up, we need someone to keep everything reconciled and a generate financial statements before the 10th each month.
This is a very simple business with very similar transaction patterns each month. Most of the work is getting us caught up. After that, we believe that keeping everything reconciled should be 3-6 hours each month.
