Diversified Bookkeeping Opportunity
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I'm in need of a seasoned bookkeeper to help manage my business financials on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
- Monthly Financial Statement Preparation: You'll be tasked with compiling and preparing our monthly financial statements. This includes balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable Management: You'll be required to manage our accounts payables and receivables. This includes processing of supplier payments, invoicing clients, and reconciling accounts.
- Payroll Processing: The candidate will be responsible for processing monthly payroll, ensuring that all statutory deductions and employee benefits are correctly accounted for.
- Bank Reconciliation: It's crucial that you are proficient in bank reconciliation. This includes matching transactions between our MYOB software and our business bank account.
Skills:
- Proficient in MYOB: Experience with MYOB is a must, as this is our primary bookkeeping software.
- Extensive Bookkeeping Experience: I'm looking for a professional with at least 5 years experience in bookkeeping.
- Attention to Detail: The successful candidate should have a keen eye for detail, and be meticulous in their work.
This is a long-term position for the right candidate. Experience with working in a similar capacity and excellent references will be highly regarded.
