I am looking for an experienced software development team or full-stack developer to build a modern cloud-based Retail Management System for my company, Sakhile Holdings.
The system will be offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform to retailers across Southern Africa, enabling them to manage their daily operations while automatically generating accounting records and management reports.
The successful developer will work closely with me to design, develop, test and deploy the system.

Ownership
All intellectual property, source code, documentation and databases developed under this project shall become the exclusive property of Sakhile Holdings upon completion and final payment.
The developer must agree not to reuse, resell or distribute any part of the software without written permission.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement may be required before development begins.
