Dedicated Bookkeeper Needed for CPA firm
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I'm seeking a committed and dedicated bookkeeper with strong accounting skills and expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO). The tasks will primarily involve:
- Monthly reconciliation: Ensuring that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Income and Expense categorizing : Categorize the transactions properly based on GAAP
- Preparing month entries and and producing financial statements (monthly and annually)
- Other ad hoc duties
- Keep client files in order
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding o accounting. This role will involve managing 1-5 accounts. What is more important is your commitment to the role, attention to detail, and ability to deliver consistently high-quality work.
