Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are a small but complex organisation handling International Trade. We are a Singapore incorporated company but trading in multiple currencies of Singapore dollars, US Dollars and Ukrainian Grivna.
We are looking for;
- Manage the General Ledger
- Maintain the Accounts Payable Ledger with summary
- Maintain the Accounts Receivable Ledger with summary
- Prepare fixed asset schedule listing with summary
- Prepare Monthly Management Accounts
- Prepare Yearly Annual Report (unaudited financial statements, including notes to account)
- Recording all transactions, including sales and expenses
- Budgeting
- Multi-currency
20-45 transactions monthly on average
